Yoga Therapy

In a Yoga Therapy session I work with you to address your specific concerns, which might include physical pain or discomfort, stress, emotional overwhelm, or desire for lifestyle change. Each client is unique, so sessions are tailored to the individual as we work together to promote healing.

I meet you where you are and help you move towards your wellness goals through a variety of movement, therapeutic, and mindfulness techniques. Each movement is broken down and adapted to suit your needs, so it may look nothing like the yoga you are familiar with!

Yoga Therapy can be particularly helpful for:

  • Working with chronic and persistant pain or discomfort (low back pain, hip pain, knee pain, shoulder pain…)

  • Strength and mobility support before and after surgery

  • Support during and after cancer treatment for the full spectrum of your experience

  • Neurological and movement support for Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis (MS)
