Pregnancy and Postpartum Care

Support for the full spectrum of the pregnancy and postpartum journey including changing bodies, identity shifts, decision making, and navigating transitions.

Pregnancy Support 

One-on-one sessions tailored to your needs; from the physical to the emotional.  I meet you where you are in your pregnancy experience and together we move in the direction you are trying to go.

This may include: movement, alignment, strength-building, and pelvic floor support. We also have space to talk through and support many of the feelings and fears that are brought up during pregnancy, the birth experience, and beyond.


Postpartum Support

One-on-one sessions (you are welcome to bring your baby!) also ranging from physical support to addressing emotional needs. Our sessions are guided by your needs and experience.

This may include: physical movement to actively recover in your postpartum body, regaining a sense of muscular integrity, and pelvic floor work. We also have the opportunity to address emotional topics around exhaustion, navigating unexpected changes, how to make life work as a mother, identity questions such as how to include all of the aspects of ourselves and parent, periods of crisis, exhaustion, and not even knowing what your needs are or where to begin to feel better.
