How are your sessions formatted?

Full sessions are 50 minutes long and formatted to fit each unique individual. Your first session includes an intake where we go over any questions you may have, what you would like to work on, and relevant health history. I also offer 30 minute sessions, which work great for check-ins. Yoga Therapy sessions can include a variety of movement and alignment exercises tailored to you with attention to your needs as a whole person. Somatic Therapy sessions can include grounding your emotional experience in your body’s sensations, and ways to access internal and external support for places that may feel distress.

I offer a non-judgmental space where I encourage my clients to show up just as they are. Together, we take things one step at a time in the direction you would like to go.

Where do you see clients?

I work based out of LifeWorks Studio in Great Barrington, MA.

I also see clients online via Zoom.

How long do I have to commit to sessions?

That is really up to you! I have some clients who find it helpful to see me once or sometimes twice a week. Others I see for a specific issue - like low back pain - and as that issue resolves, I only see for periodic check-ins.

How long we work together depends on what your goals are and what feels most supportive for you.

How much do sessions cost?

My rate for a 50 minute session is $155. I offer a two-session intro package for new clients for $270. I also have packages of 5 and 10 sessions which further reduce the cost per session. A 30 minute session is $80. I do have sliding scale rates available, so if the cost does not feel accessible to you please reach out.

*If you are unable to make your scheduled session, please give me at least 24 hours notice. All sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full fee.
